Our next meeting is set for May 2, 2017. Networking begins at 5:30 and the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m at the American Legion in Fergus Falls. This month's topic is 'Landscaping/Spring Planting that isn't expensive'. We are honored to have as our speaker, Bev Johnson , Master Garden . She has just publiched a book titled 'Water The Snot Out of It'. Judging from the book title it will be a fun presentation. She is allowing plenty of time for questions also. Program committee chair is June Pittenger with committee member Jan Jones. It will be nice to see those who are back from winter vacations at this meeting. We have missed them. Several members are looking forward to our state conference which also takes place in April in WIllmar on the 21st and 22nd. Good news for members, the club is paying the registration fee for you. If you are considering joining BPW this state event would be a great introduction and is open to nonmembers too. Last day to register is April 13th. Please contact any board member with questions or more information.
A program speaker is included at every meeting along with introduction of guests,  regular business and announcements of members. Most members order dinner which is available during the meeting but purchasing a  dinner  is not necessary to attend the meeting.The meeting is usually over by 7:30. All of our meetings this year will be held at the American Legion the first Tuesday of each month.
